Foundation and element production

1-3 months

The primary advantage of modular and element houses is the speed of delivery, achieved through two parallel workstreams.

While your home is being built in a controlled factory environment, the foundation and utility connections are simultaneously prepared on your property.

The work is divided into two parts:

* Factory production: The house elements or modules are manufactured indoors, where timber structures remain permanently protected from adverse weather conditions.

The systematic factory workflow ensures the precision of wall elements and minimizes material waste.

Transport and installation

Exterior and interior works

Once the house is assembled, the finishing period begins, giving the building its final character both inside and out.

Since the most complex part of the construction process has already been completed in a controlled factory environment, we can focus on connecting utility systems and detailed interior finishing on-site.

During this phase, we perform:

* Exterior works: Final installation of roofing, facade finishing, and the construction of soffits and rainwater systems.

* Technical systems: Connection of electricity, water, and sewage, alongside the installation of heating and ventilation systems.

* Interior Finishing: We carry out all final finishing work according to your chosen style – from painting and tiling to the installation of flooring and moldings.

Quality control and handover

For us, the work is only complete when our client is fully satisfied with the result.

Before the keys are handed over, we conduct a thorough final inspection and prepare all necessary documentation.

In this final stage:

* Thorough inspection: We review all technical systems and the quality of the interior finish.

To confirm the building’s thermal performance and overall construction quality, we use thermal imaging cameras to ensure every joint and connection is flawless.

* Applying for the occupancy permit: We handle the compilation and submission of all required as-built documentation to apply for the official occupancy permit. You won't have to deal with the construction register or bureaucracy - we manage the process to its conclusion.

* Key handover: The construction process is now officially complete, leaving you free to focus entirely on furnishing and enjoying your new home.
